You are an incredible entrepreneur. You can already see that from the business you’ve built, the connections you’ve made, and how much you’ve grown. As an entrepreneur, you have the power to feel like you’re on top of the world. As you should!

But, many business owners experience low periods. Suddenly, your Instagram feed is more appealing than starting your work day. Client projects feel overwhelming and you begin to resent anyone who dares to write you an email.

When that happens, it can be challenging to build yourself back up with positivity. When our energy is imbalanced, our personal lives, business, and overall happiness faces the consequences. But it doesn’t have to be that way!

Today, I’d like to share two concepts that are near and dear to my heart: Gratitude and Charisma. Success and selfishness cannot coexist sustainably. Great entrepreneurs feel gratitude toward those around them, the universe, and—most importantly—themselves!

When you live graciously, you naturally attract the right people and opportunities into your life with your shining charisma. Together, Gratitude and Charisma work hand in hand to build connections, establish authenticity, and nurture meaningful relationships.

Think about where you are in your life’s journey and business. If you’re feeling insecure, jealous, or threatened by someone else, stop to ask yourself: Why do I feel this way? As an entrepreneur and boss babe, you own it all so there’s no reason why you should feel such negative energies!

If you’re feeling an ounce of negativity, it’s time for a REAL change. A change that will transform your energy into positivity, establish deep self-love, and foster valuable relationships that will help you and your business thrive.

Gratitude and Charisma is the fourth Abundance Key and both are essential for bringing a sense of realness, peacefulness, and acceptance of yourself and others in your life.

What are the Abundance Keys?

The 7 Abundance Keys are a set of energy centers in your body:

• Trust
• Compassion and creativity
• Willpower and self-esteem
• Gratitude and charisma
• Honest communication
• Focus and intuition
• Love and connection

As you can imagine, if any one of these energy centers is misaligned, you could feel burnt out, unmotivated, and have trouble maintaining relationships.

Now, let’s explore the power of gratitude and charisma…

Gratitude and Charisma

Gratitude is the key to abundance, linking you to the cycle of giving and receiving. When you tap into your Gratitude energy center, you open the door to the unlimited potential the universe has in store for you. That sounds like a pretty good deal!

As an entrepreneur, you need self-motivation and discipline to achieve growth. Both from being thankful for what you have! And yes, it goes beyond just saying the words, “Thank you!” You must actually believe in yourself and your efforts, so you can feel truly thankful for every creation, effort, and accomplishment in your past (and present!).

When you tap into Gratitude energy, you will make great strides in your personal life, in your relationships, and in your business. Think of it this way: You can’t grow or thrive if you don’t appreciate yourself! When you realign yourself with Gratitude, you will become a magnet for exciting opportunities, healthy relationships, and a stronger connection to your intuition.

On a related note, Charisma is associated with how you build relationships with friends and influence the people around you. It falls in line with developing positive relationships and bonding with the people you care about. If you have a strong bond with your friends, you are probably pretty charismatic!

Now, think beyond your friends’ group to your business network. When you tap into your Charisma energy, you will elevate your business to a whole new level. You will sell your products and services effectively, build strong relationships within your team, and adequately secure funding to take leaps and bounds towards your goal. Now, that’s what I like to call thriving!

Entrepreneurial life is extremely busy, so it can be difficult to detect when an Abundance Key is off. You might be aware of the symptoms (like a persistent headache or back pain), but you likely don’t realize that it’s a manifestation of a deeper problem.

To start the process of healing and rebuilding, you must first determine signs of misalignment in your Gratitude & Charisma center.

Signs of Misalignment With Gratitude and Charisma

There are plenty of red flags that signal a misalignment in your Gratitude and Charisma center, but you have to know what to look for. For instance, if you struggle to cultivate meaningful connections with people, your Charisma energy could be blocked. Such an imbalance may reflect a lack of connection in what you value in other people.

Another sign of Charisma imbalance is an inability to relate to the warmth of others. You may find someone else’s approach to you as alarming or uncomfortable. Or, in a business setting, you may put up walls because you feel as if another business owner is trying to sell something to you. While it’s important to be smart and aware as an entrepreneur, being too cautious could lead to missing out on amazing opportunities.

On the other hand, if you’re too heavily influenced by Charisma, it can overwhelm the people in your life. The key is finding balance.

Misalignment in your Gratitude and Charisma center shows itself as negative emotions like hatred, anger, or jealousy. It can even affect your body by creating pressure in your upper back or tightness in your chest. An imbalance can even reflect in how you carry yourself. If you’re not holding yourself up like the queen you are, then we have a problem!

When you have a Gratitude and Charisma blockage, it may present itself in subtler areas in your life, such as a tendency to judge others, feeling completely scattered and overwhelmed, or believing that you are unworthy or undeserving of love.

As you can imagine, these toxic emotions not only impact your everyday life and how you feel about yourself, but can detract from the success of your business! Fortunately, you CAN work through this and achieve alignment in Gratitude and Charisma.

Realigning Yourself With Gratitude and Charisma

Think about your energy as a garden that requires nourishment. If you want to see a beautiful garden, you have to plant the seeds. In the same way, your energy centers require that you plant seeds of health, gratitude, joy, and abundance. Get started in realigning your Gratitude and Charisma energy with the following exercise:

• Pinpoint five focus areas in your life and business. This may be your personal relationships, sales growth, physical health, internal happiness, or spiritual connection.
• In each focus area, start sorting out the seeds you want to sow and how they’ll allow you to achieve your goals. For example, manifesting financial goals, strengthening your patience, or getting attuned with your intuition are all worthy objectives!
• Take action to plant the seeds and continue your progression. Stay committed!
• Mark down a short-term date in your calendar, so you can check on the progress of your energy garden to toss out weeds, fertilize, and maintain the soil to ensure it’s flourishing.

This is a fantastic exercise to guide your goals in your business. As an entrepreneur, a lot of your time is spent on creating the best building blocks for your business. You can strengthen your entrepreneurial muscles and energy center with this powerful journaling exercise, which I like to call ‘It’s Not About Me.’

Take out your journal and answer some of the following questions:

• What’s the number one problem that my ideal client faces?
• How can I solve this problem better than anyone else? Can I solve the issue in a way that no one has thought of before?
• What kind of transformation do I promise to my clients?

For these questions, don’t be afraid to dig deeper than the surface level. After reflecting on the answers to these questions, take a moment to look over your services and products. The most crucial aspect is how you present your services. If they are not posed in such a way that will help solve the client’s problem, your potential customer is not going to bite!

Instead, you can reframe your message to reflect a creative and innovative solution for your clients. You’d be surprised how effective a good message can be!

To maintain Gratitude, set aside time to write down what you’re grateful for in life. It doesn’t matter how long the list is. By writing down your positive thoughts, you are actively nourishing your energy center.

Signs That You’re Realigned With Gratitude and Charisma

When you are aligned in Gratitude and Charisma, you will be free to form deeper connections with people that go the distance. Say goodbye to the emotional baggage you’ve carried for so long, and hello to pure and meaningful relationships!

Realignment in Gratitude and Charisma gives you the ability to forgive and move forward, appear as your authentic self, and feel grounded and peaceful. In your business, you will thrive as you form long-lasting relationships with your clients, sell your services with confidence, and show gratitude to your team. Sounds like a win, huh?
